Hi guys! A little About Me…

My name is Trishla Doshi and I am an Actuarial student and an Entrepreneur.

​

When I started Actuarial science, I spent so much time researching for Actuarial courses, which could help me in my professional career.

​

Actuarial exams are universal so I wanted to do something EXTRA, which could

differentiate me.

​

That’s when I decided to do an internship in my 2nd year. Long story short, after 7 months of applying, I finally had an amazing offer at Hdfc Ergo General Insurance as a Health Pricing Intern.

​

My first working stint involved tons of reading of Insurance products and doing Research.

​

I love writing and I wanted to create a mark, a difference by doing something impactful and different.

 

That’s when I wrote 4-5 LinkedIn posts of Actuarial facts with the help of Research.

 

After 5 posts with no uniformity, I created the hashtag #actuarialfact to track my following and created a uniform look so the LinkedIn audience could recognize my facts on a short glimpse.

 

After nearly 8 months of posting facts daily or 3 times a week and 149 enriching facts and 800+ followers at my hashtag later, I felt it was time to bid adieu to this project.

 

I created this E-book to keep all my facts at one place, which you can refer regularly.
